Healthcare today is defined by relentless change—technological disruption, workforce shortages, financial pressures and shifting patient needs. Leaders, clinicians and staff are asked to adapt constantly while maintaining high standards of care. This program will explore resilience as a core leadership competency and organizational capacity that enables healthcare systems to not only withstand disruption but also drive sustainable transformation.
Through discussion and real-world examples, participants will examine the predictors of successful change and the role resilience plays in aligning leaders, staff, and patients around shared goals. Panelists will highlight what resilience looks like in practice, how its absence can undermine outcomes and what strategies healthcare leaders can deploy to engage stakeholders, overcome resistance, and sustain momentum.
