Chris Riopelle is CEO and co-founder Strive Health, the market leader for value-based kidney care. Strive works with payors and providers to put the patient first, improve outcomes and lower cost of care. To date, Strive serves over 56,000 patients across 16 states in partnership with more than 215 provider groups and over 2,300 individual providers.

Having raised more than $220 million of capital from leading investors — including Alphabet’s CapitalG — and now home to over 450 “Strivers,” Strive is transforming how kidney care is delivered in the U.S.

Born and raised in Michigan, Chris is a proud graduate of Albion College and both the JD/MBA Programs at the University of Detroit Mercy. He has spent his career improving the lives of underserved patient populations and driving value for patients, providers and payors alike.

Co-founding Strive has allowed Chris to blend his professional experiences and passion for serving patients. In his free time, he loves to spend time in the outdoors with his wife and daughter, mountain biking, skiing and boating.
