This educational event focuses on the acceleration of megadeals for healthcare organizations. The convergence of Payor-Provider and headline grabbing investments from non-traditional players underlie the broader evolutionary theme of the sector fee-for-service focused models and the embrace of value-based care throughout the ecosystem.

While economic factors are major drivers, other areas for success such as organizational alignment, the community health benefits and challenges of system consolidations, as well as evolution of sustainable delivery models will be covered.
