2025 MCACHE Early Career Competition – Now Accepting Submissions
Submit your application for the 2025 MCACHE Early Careerist Competition!
The winner will be awarded free tuition and travel to the 2026 ACHE Congress in Houston, Texas, a sweet deal for emerging healthcare leaders looking to boost their networking platform, career trajectory, and leadership potential.
Am I eligible?
You are eligible if you:
· Are a MCACHE/ACHE member
· Are an “early careerist,” defined by ACHE as under the age of 40 years, AND
· Have participated in or led at least one MCACHE event in 2025.
What do I need to do to prepare my application?
Prepare a PowerPoint deck (10 slides maximum) that tells the story of the most impactful healthcare-related project or initiative that you led over the past year. The story should describe:
· Why the project was needed,
· A description of the project itself,
· What your role was, and
· What has been the impact of the project—for others and for yourself.

A final decision will be made no later than Monday, November 3, 2025. The winner will be announced at the MCACHE Annual Meeting on Thursday, November 6, 2025, and highlighted on LinkedIn.
